The two discount tiers
Three platforms
Verified review on 3 of the accepted platforms. Base price only — no add-ons. Stacks with nothing else; pick the better of the two tiers, that's it.
$65 weekday evening → $55.25
$50 weekend day → $42.50
Five platforms
Verified review on 5 of the accepted platforms. Same rule — base price only. The full review sweep across the accepted platforms.
$65 weekday evening → $52.00
$50 weekend day → $40.00
Which platforms count
Any review on these platforms counts toward the 3 or 5 threshold, as long as it's a verified review of a Hallandale Tire service visit:
- Google Business Profile
- Yelp
- Nextdoor
- Apple Maps
- Better Business Bureau
Reviews older than 12 months don't count. The review has to mention the service (tire swap, flat repair, diagnostic) — a generic star rating without text doesn't qualify.
How verification works
- Submit the form below. Phone number from the service visit and the platforms where you left a review. We use the phone number to match back to the visit record — no phone number on file, no discount.
- We check the platforms. Within one business day, we look up your reviews on each platform you list. If a review doesn't exist or doesn't meet the criteria, we email to ask about it before applying the discount.
- Discount applied. Retroactively to the service visit if it's still within 14 days, or as a credit on the next visit. The credit never expires once issued.
- One discount per visit. No stacking with other promotions. No compounding across visits. The base-price discount is calculated once, on the original service ticket.
Submit verification
Edge cases
What if I leave a review after submitting?
Submit anyway with the platforms you plan to use. We give you 7 days to complete the reviews before checking. If a review doesn't show up in that window, the discount drops to the next tier (or doesn't apply if you don't hit the 3-platform minimum).
What if I already left reviews before today's visit?
They count, as long as they're within the last 12 months. Same criteria — review must mention the service and be a verified review (not just a star rating).
What if a platform takes down my review?
Tell us. We'll re-verify the count. If the count drops below the threshold you claimed, the discount adjusts. If we already issued the credit, it stays — we don't claw back.
What about friends and family reviews?
Reviews from the same household as the service ticket don't count toward your tier. The verification looks at review history, not just the platform — if the reviewer has the same last name or address as the ticket, the review is excluded.
What if I have a property management or multi-unit portfolio?
Reviews are tracked per property address, not per portfolio. If two of your properties independently hit the review threshold, each property's discount pricing wins on its own ticket — reviews don't stack across addresses.
Why we do it this way
A real review on a real platform is the most useful thing a customer can leave behind. It helps the next person with a flat at 7 PM find us. The discount is just a small thank-you for the time it takes to write.
We don't pay for reviews, we don't run a "leave a review and get $50" promo, and we don't have a review-gating flow that only asks happy customers. The verification exists so that the discount goes to people who actually left reviews — not to people who said they did.
Questions
Call the main line or text — verification questions go to the same place as service questions. There's no separate support email for this.
