What counts as a correction
Anything on this site that is factually wrong about how we operate. Examples, not a complete list:
- A price that doesn't match the price we quoted you on the phone.
- Hours of operation that don't match the hours we actually run the truck.
- A service area boundary that doesn't match where we'll actually dispatch.
- A service listed on the site that we don't actually offer.
- A factual claim about our business (location, hours, contact) that's wrong.
- A typo or formatting issue that's causing real confusion.
How to send a correction
Three ways. Pick whichever is easiest.
- Email. Send the URL of the page with the issue and what you think is wrong to [email protected]. No subject-line gymnastics, no ticket system.
- Phone. Call the main line and tell us. If we miss you, leave a voicemail — we listen to all of them.
- Text. Text the main line with the page URL and the issue. Same handling as a call.
Include the page URL (the address bar text), what you saw, and what you think it should say. Screenshots help when something is laid out in a confusing way.
What happens after you send it
- Acknowledgement. We confirm we got it within one business day, usually within a few hours during active service windows.
- Verification. We check the correction against our pricing module, scheduling, and operational facts. If you're right, we confirm. If our records show something different, we tell you and explain.
- Fix. The page gets corrected. This is a small site with one operator — most fixes happen same-day or next-day, not on a quarterly review cycle.
- Note. Material corrections (anything that could have caused someone to make a wrong decision — wrong price, wrong hours, wrong service listed) get a dated note in the correction log below.
- Followup. We email you back when the fix is live, with the updated URL.
Correction log
Dated log of material corrections. Routine typo fixes and minor formatting cleanups are not listed here — only changes that could affect a customer decision.
2026-08-24
Pricing module unified across all 11 sites in the Hallandale Tire network. Site-specific pricing pages updated to reflect single authoritative pricing.py source. Hours clarified: weekday daytime service is not available — weekday service begins at 5 PM.
2026-09-02
Removed fabricated proof fields from sites_data.py across the network. No more invented years-in-business, tires-serviced, or response-time stats. Only the approved 15-minute response target is used as a hero claim, and it is bound to actual operational hours.
2026-09-02
Group A / Group B service split clarified. Hallandale Tire (this site, Group A) lists tire services only. A/C services are not offered at this site — the /ac-* routes 404. No A/C references in copy, tabs, or pricing.
Log started 2026-09-02. No material corrections prior to that date.

What this policy doesn't cover
- Service complaints. If you had a service experience that didn't go well, that's not a corrections issue — that's a service issue. Call the main line and ask for the operator directly.
- Refund requests. Same as above — call the main line.
- Suggestions for new services. We appreciate them, but we can't add services that aren't in the approved list. If you have a recurring need, tell us and we'll tell you whether it's something we can do.
- SEO or ranking complaints. This is a local service site, not a content play. We don't game search.
