How we started
One truck. One promise. No shop overhead.
Founder Marco Reyes spent eight years turning wrenches at a dealership on Federal Highway. He watched customers wait four hours for a $40 plug because the shop queued them behind oil changes. He bought a 2018 Ford Transit, stocked it with a commercial compressor and a low-profile jack — and started answering his own phone at 5 PM sharp.
First month: 47 calls. Zero comebacks. The pattern held. By month six he hired a second tech, split the county line at I-95 Exit 18, and built the dispatch board that still runs tonight.
The crew

Marco runs the north corridor — I-95, Federal, Diplomat. Javier covers the beach side — Hallandale Beach Blvd, Ocean Drive, Three Islands, Gulfstream. Dispatch sits in the garage on NE 8th Ave, monitors the board, and texts the ETA the second a call drops. Every tech carries a full-size spare, a plug kit, and a bead-breaker that fits a Diplomat garage ceiling.

What we carry
Every truck is a rolling tire bay
Commercial 12V compressor (150 PSI), low-profile aluminum jack (3.5" clearance), torque wrench calibrated monthly, bead breaker, TPMS reprogrammer, and a full-size spare inventory covering 85% of vehicles on Hallandale roads. We don't "order it in." We have it on the truck.
If your bolt pattern is odd, we carry adapters. If your locking lug key is missing, we have the socket set. If the bead won't seat, we have bead sealer and a cheater bar. That's the job.

What we won't do

You need a plug? It's $10 on top of the service call. You need a spare installed? Included. You have no spare on board? That's a $40 flat diagnostic call — we assess and either get you plug-eligible or arrange a tow. We don't sell alignments. We don't sell brakes. We don't rotate. We fix the flat and leave.

Eight questions we hear every week
What exactly does the service call cover?
The service call covers dispatch, drive time, labor to remove the flat, mount your spare, plug a puncture if repairable, torque to spec, and TPMS reset. Plug repair adds $10. If there's no spare on board, the diagnostic pull-up is a flat $40. No hidden fees.
Do you work on run-flats?
No — we do not service run-flat tires. If your vehicle has a run-flat and it fails, we recommend contacting your dealer or a run-flat specialist. We do carry the low-profile jack that clears 3.5" for garage structures, so a standard spare swap on an EV or any low-clearance vehicle is no problem.
What if I'm past the county line?
North of I-95 Exit 18 is our hard boundary. South into Aventura we'll run but the ETA clock starts at the line. If you're in Fort Lauderdale or Miami Gardens, we'll give you the number for the crew that actually stages there — no hand-off games, no "we're close" when we're 40 minutes out.
Can I book ahead for a slow leak?
Yes. Booking holds a slot for a 30-minute window. $40 hold via Stripe, applied to the service call. If we fix it, the hold covers part of the fee. If you cancel 2+ hours out, full refund. Same-day no-show forfeits the hold. Book at /pages/booking.html.
What if the plug doesn't hold?
We warrant the plug for 30 days or 1,000 miles. If it leaks, we come back — no charge. If the damage is sidewall or shoulder (unrepairable per RMA), we'll tell you before we plug. We don't plug what shouldn't be plugged. That's why the comeback rate is near zero.
Do you take insurance or roadside clubs?
We don't bill AAA, Geico, or manufacturer roadside direct. You pay us (card, Apple Pay, cash), we give you an itemized receipt with our license number, you submit for reimbursement. Most clubs reimburse the full $65–$75 service call. Our receipt passes every audit.
What tires do you carry as loaners?
Used OEM take-offs with 6/32" minimum tread, matched to your bolt pattern, load rating, and diameter. Common sizes: 225/55R17, 235/50R18, 245/45R19, 255/40R20, 275/35R21. If we don't have your size on the truck, we'll tell you before we leave the garage.
Why 5 PM to 7 AM on weeknights?
Daytime flats get shop service. Night flats get stranded. We staff the danger window — rush hour debris, race-day exits, 2 AM rain on I-95. Two techs, one dispatcher, zero burnout. If you need 3 AM service, call a tow. We'll be back at 5 PM sharp.
