You have a spare. You don't have the confidence to do it on a sloped driveway at 9PM. We lift, swap, torque the lugs to spec, and check the donut's pressure. Twenty minutes, on your screen. Done. No upsell, no "while we're in there".

No spare, no fix-a-flat, no problem (yet)

Modern cars ship without a spare — just a can of sealant and a compressor. If the puncture is in the tread and the can hasn't been used, we can sometimes plug from outside. If it's a sidewall or a destroyed bead, we'll be straight with you about a flatbed instead of taking your money.

A sidewall bulge from a pothole on US-1 or a parking curb isn't a plug job. We tell you that on the phone, we don't sell you a tire you don't need, and we either swap to your spare or coordinate a flatbed to a shop. Honesty is part of the service.

How fast can you actually get here?

If you're inside our coverage polygon (Hallandale + ~8–12 miles into Dade), 90 seconds to dispatch and roughly 15 minutes to your shoulder. We tell you on the phone if the window is wider — Friday nights after Gulfstream and post-storm evenings run longer.

What does tonight's price include?

The base swap price includes dispatch, the spare install, lug torque to spec, and a quick pressure check on the donut. Plug repair is +$10. The diagnostic pull-up is a flat $40. Materials beyond a standard plug (tire patches, replacement valves) are quoted before any work starts.

My car has no spare at all — what now?

Many newer cars ship with sealant + a compressor and no real spare. If the puncture is in the tread and the sealant hasn't been used, we can sometimes plug from outside. If it's a sidewall, destroyed bead, or the can has already been activated, we'll tell you the honest answer on the phone — which may be "this needs a flatbed, not us".

Are you really open at 2AM?

Yes. Weeknights we run 5PM to 7AM, so 2AM is well inside the window. Weekends we're on call 24 hours. The only stretch we're closed is weekday daytime, 7AM to 5PM — outside that, dispatch rolls to voicemail and returns the call when the next shift opens.

Do you sell new tires?

Not on the shoulder. We focus on spare swap, plug repair, and tire triage. If you need a new tire, we'll either point you to your spare or coordinate with a local shop. We don't carry inventory on the truck — that keeps the price honest and the dispatch fast.

Will you take credit cards?

Yes — tap, chip, swipe, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Booking slots hold the appointment with a small Stripe hold that converts to the final price or refunds.

Are your techs certified?

Yes. Broward County mobile tire operator, and every tech on the crew holds ASE T/TS certification. We can confirm credentials on request for property management and HOA contracts.

What if I just need to ask a question first?

Call dispatch. If we can't pick up, leave a message with the car (year/make/model), the location, and the damage — we return messages between jobs. For non-urgent stuff, the contact page has a form and an email.
