01How fast can someone actually reach my car?
You call. 90 seconds to dispatch — we confirm your location, the wheel that's flat, and the nearest truck rolling toward you. ~15 minutes to your shoulder inside the Hallandale core, longer on the I-95 shoulder or Diplomat garage ramps where staging is tighter.
ETA is not a promise — it is the window a real worker tells you on the phone. If traffic on US‑1 or a race-day surge at Gulfstream Park pushes us, you'll get a text before the timer runs out.

02Why does the price change at night and on weekends?
Tire work after dark costs more to put on the road — the truck rolls, the worker is on overtime, and one job blocks the next thirty minutes of the night. We post the live price so you don't have to guess.
Standard spare swap is $65 weekday. Weekend mornings open at $50 because daylight dispatch is faster. Weekend nights return to $65. A tire-plug repair adds +$10 on top of whichever base price is active when you call. Full pricing lives on the pricing page.
The price badge on every page reads off the same clock — if it says $65 right now, that's the price you'll be quoted on the phone.
03Will you plug my tire, or do I have to swap to the spare?
Depends on where the damage is. A puncture in the tread — center two-thirds of the contact patch — is usually plug-repairable, and we carry the plugs and patches on every truck. +$10 over the base price for the extra labor and patch-from-inside.
If your vehicle has no spare at all (run-flat on a leased BMW, compact on a newer Honda, donut deleted from a Tesla), the situation changes. We'll quote a flat $40 diagnostic to assess and arrange a tow to the nearest open shop if we can't get you rolling. We do not leave you stranded on a shoulder we can't fix — we'll say so on the phone.

04My tire blew out — is that the same as a flat?
No, and this matters. A blowout is a sudden sidewall failure — the tire is shredded and unfixable roadside. A flat is a slow leak, nail, or screw that a plug or swap can solve. Sidewall damage, no matter how small, cannot be safely repaired. We do not patch sidewalls. Period.

05Where exactly will you come?
Hallandale Beach, plus the border push into both counties. We cover the Diplomat corridor, the Three Islands neighborhoods, the A1A stretch, the Gulfstream Park racing perimeter, Federal Highway, and the I‑95 EXIT #18 shoulder (north edge stops at the county line — we don't chase jobs deep into Broward or Dade). If you're outside the polygon, we can sometimes refer you to a partner — but only after we've tried our own dispatch first.
06Are you really 24/7?
Weekends, yes — we're on call around the clock. Weeknights our dispatch window is 5PM to 7AM. The only stretch we're closed is weekday daytime, 7AM to 5PM — outside that, call us.
If you call during the closed weekday window, leave a voicemail with your cross streets and we'll call back at 5PM. For active danger, dial 911.
07How do I pay? Do you take cards?
Yes — tap, chip, swipe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle. Driver carries a wireless terminal; you sign on the truck tailgate with the work visible behind you.
Booking a slot up front uses a hold-first Stripe payment — we authorize the hold, charge only after the work is done, and release the hold if we can't make it. No surprise fees, no gratuity pressure, no upsell to a tire you didn't ask for.
You'll get a text receipt with line items, the worker's name, and a one-line review link. No public review-discount, no bait for stars.
08I'm on the I-95 shoulder — what do I do until you arrive?
Four steps, in order: 1) hazard lights on, 2) seatbelt still buckled while you move as far off the travel lane as possible, 3) exit on the passenger side away from traffic, 4) stand behind the guiderail or as far up the embankment as shoulder geometry allows. Do not stand in front of or behind the vehicle on a high-speed shoulder.
If you have flares or triangles, place them — but only if you can do it safely from the passenger side. If you smell burning rubber or the car is smoking, get past the guiderail and dial 911. The full safety playbook is on safety tips.
