Daytime calls during weekday business hours (Mon–Fri 7 AM – 5 PM) are referred to a vetted shop partner — that's the only window we're closed. Weeknights we run 5 PM to 7 AM, and weekends we're on call 24 hours.

Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service on unsafe shoulders, intoxicated customers, vehicles in active traffic lanes (must be on shoulder), and locations outside the 12-mile polygon. Refusal decisions are made by the on-scene tech with dispatch oversight.
Damage Liability
Pre-existing wheel damage, stripped lug nuts, seized jack points, and bent brake rotors are the customer's responsibility and will be disclosed on-site before work begins. We photograph all four wheels before any work. Workmanship damage during a swap is covered up to $500 per incident under our general liability policy.
Highway Shoulder Disclaimer
I-95 shoulder service requires the customer to safely pull completely off the travel lane onto the paved or grass shoulder with hazard lights on. We do not dispatch into active traffic. Florida Highway Patrol and FHP have authority over highway incidents — we are a private commercial service operating at the customer's request.
Privacy
Phone numbers and vehicle location data collected during dispatch are used only for the active job and are deleted after 90 days. We do not sell, rent, or share customer data. Marketing SMS requires opt-in. See editorial policy for our full content and data practices.
Refund Policy
If we cannot complete the work on-site (seized wheel, wrong tire size in stock, etc.), the dispatch fee is refunded in full. If work is performed and customer is unsatisfied, a partial refund is reviewed case-by-case. Refunds processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
Dispute Resolution
Complaints should be directed to dispatch by calling the main line during hours. Unresolved complaints may be filed with the Better Business Bureau of Southeast Florida or the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
