We work the strip between the Dade line and the Pembroke border. I-95 exit #18 is the gray-spot we cover fastest — we stage one truck within four blocks of the ramp on weeknights.

BOOKING QUESTIONS

What people ask before they hit "hold my slot."

Why a $40 hold? Doesn't that feel like a bait-and-switch?

It isn't bait. It's the same money you'll see on the final invoice — $40 off the total. The hold covers gas and the round-trip if you no-show. If we no-show you, the hold refunds automatically. We don't keep money we didn't earn.

What if I book the wrong tire size on the form?

Call dispatch the second you realize. We pull the size from the door-jamb sticker when we arrive anyway — but if we roll out with the wrong wheel, you'll wait 25 minutes for a second truck. Save us both the gas.

Can I book a slot for tomorrow morning at 6 AM?

Only if tomorrow is a weekend. Weekday window opens at 5 PM. If you need a 6 AM weekday swap, call the night before and we'll do our best — but no promises. The truck sleeps when the tech sleeps.

I'm in the diplomat garage — level 3 — can you still come?

Yes. We've done 200+ swaps inside that structure. We know the low-clearance ramp. Pull into a flat bay, leave your hazards on, and meet the tech at the elevator if you can.

I don't have a spare, the run-flat is shredded, and I'm on I-95. What do I do?

Stay on the shoulder with hazards. Stay in the car. Call dispatch at +1 (754) 243-8415 and tell us the exact mile marker. We stage the no-spare wheel from the yard. ETA stretches to 45 minutes. We pay FHP's attention if you need a lane closure.

Does the booking form actually send to Stripe or do I have to call?

Both. The form posts to our queue, then opens Stripe checkout for the $40. You can also call dispatch and we'll run the card over the phone — same hold, same refund policy.

Can I cancel? How fast does the hold refund?

Cancel up to 10 minutes before your window. Refund hits your card inside an hour — Stripe instant, not a 3-to-5 business-day "we'll get to it." After the truck is rolling, the hold sticks.

What if I'm stuck at 3 AM?

We're on the road. Weeknights we run 5 PM to 7 AM, and weekends we're on call 24 hours. The only window we're closed is weekday daytime, 7 AM to 5 PM. Outside that, call us.

Three things to do in the next 90 seconds.

    Hazards on. Wheels pointed away from traffic.

    If you're on a shoulder or in a travel lane, kill the engine but leave the flashers on. Point the front wheels away from passing cars if there's any grade. Stay buckled until the tech is out and waving you out.

    Behind the barrier if there is one.

    I-95 Hallandale has jersey barrier in stretches. If you can climb over it safely, do. If not, stay inside, doors locked, seatbelt off only when the tech has cones out.
